Job summary

Omnicom Health Medical Communications seeks a Vice President, Client Services – OHMC to lead a group of accounts and manage cross-functional teams. You will participate in weekly client calls, plan strategically with client leadership, and coach senior staff to ensure flawless delivery of initiatives.

You will drive organic growth, manage budgets, and own the strategic vision while representing the agency to clients and coordinating internal resources for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of medical communication or clinician-focused healthcare marketing agency-side experience.
• Appreciation for and willingness to travel.
• Strategic acumen and consultative client management experience.
• Previous success leading client business coupled with the experience of encouraging and supporting direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, communication, and implementation of growth strategies across agencies.
• Be an OHMC ambassador engaging in internal meetings and training to drive client business.
• Own business components, strategic and financial relationships across clients; responsible for external/internal relationships and resolutions.
• Proactively propose new business and ideas to expand offerings and revenue.
• Perform overall account analysis and improve profitability through operational or staffing changes.
• Independently own P&L, revenues, OEs, profitability, and growth of accounts.
• Direct and manage account staff, overseeing execution of all account initiatives from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with HR on career path guidance, recruiting, staffing, capacity planning, and retention.
