Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a Vice President, Client Reporting and Communication to drive a multi-year transformation of how client reports are generated, distributed, and used across regions. This role focuses on technology, automation, and process changes to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in client reporting or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations.
• Ability to lead through influence across senior collaborators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, risk, and control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day run of Client Reporting across regions and teams.
• Define and lead the multi-year change roadmap for reporting processes, platforms, and data.
• Partner with senior leaders to modernize reporting through automation and workflow redesign.
• Translate client, business, and operational needs into scalable reporting capabilities.
• Establish governance, performance indicators, and controls for reporting quality and risk.
