This role acts as a force multiplier for the CIO, translating strategy into action, and ensuring major programs deliver measurable business outcomes, governance, and cross-functional accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in IT, transformation or strategy.
• Proven success leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working with executives and Boards.
• Ability to establish governance frameworks and drive execution.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios and strategic programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CIO and operating cadence of IT.
• Drive strategic planning, objectives, reviews, and exec communications.
• Coordinate Board and Investor Day technology materials; advise CIO.
• Oversee governance, program execution, and value realization.
