You will coach senior leaders, design training, guide post-implementation assessments, and drive 3–5% year-over-year gains through enterprise performance improvements. This role operates at a strategic level, aligning CI initiatives with financial outcomes and balanced scorecards, while collaborating with the COE to evolve tool standards and scale CI

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in CI/Lean/Operational Excellence.
• Strong ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; manages projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach multiple VPs/SVPs to raise CI maturity across functions.
• Design and deliver CI training and leadership refreshers.
• Lead assessments and 100-day plan execution.
• Translate findings into strategic priorities and performance levers.
• Embed CI into planning and performance review cadences.
