MedAxiom Care Transformation
Job Description
The MedAxiom Consulting Care Transformation team is innovative, agile, and entrepreneurial. Our mission, which we share with our parent organization, the American College of Cardiology, is to transform cardiovascular care and enhance heart health for all. We are at the forefront of helping our community of organizations implement change and deliver value.
We are seeking consultants who understand our mission, have direct experience in the cardiovascular field and administrative or leadership roles, and can effectively promote themselves and develop business. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong problem‑solving abilities. They should be capable of working with a wide range of programs and individuals, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and being willing and able to travel regularly.
Professional growth and development are expected within MedAxiom. Our consultants become experts in broad cardiovascular content areas and niche fields, aligning with their interests. Our national presence and the resources available through our parent organization, the ACC, serve as distinct market advantages. MedAxiom consultants influence and impact the national stage – from small organizations finding their way to engagements with some of the most advanced CV organizations worldwide seeking to learn or refine specific offerings. Much is expected of our consultants, who must be self‑motivated and service‑oriented. However, they benefit greatly from working within a rich, team‑based environment that promotes collaboration and support.
*In addition to base salary, this employee may earn an incentive bonus up to 25% of their base salary. The incentive compensation will be tied to personal, organizational, and team‑based metrics.
