Job description

Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic and cross-functional leader to serve as VP, Campaign Management & Marketing Infrastructure. This role will define how marketing campaigns are planned, prioritized, governed, and executed across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to build and lead a best-in-class Campaign Management function while establishing the planning frameworks, governance models, portfolio practices, marketing infrastructure, and investment visibility that enable marketing teams to operate as one connected organization. Leads the Campaign Management function while owning the Marketing Infrastructure and Marketing Investment Visibility capabilities, ensuring campaign planning, workflow systems, and investment data operate as one connected ecosystem. This leader will serve as the organization's expert on integrated campaign planning, portfolio management, marketing investment governance, and marketing infrastructure strategy, helping shape how marketing resources, priorities, information, and capabilities scale across the STARZ portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the Campaign Management function, establishing the planning frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that drive integrated campaign execution across the organization. Own the integrated Campaign Roadmap and Campaign Prioritization Framework, ensuring marketing investments, planning depth, resource allocation, and launch readiness align with business priorities. Lead portfolio planning across the STARZ slate, providing visibility into campaign timing, organizational capacity, investment levels, dependencies, and portfolio risks. Establish governance models, decision forums, and leadership review mechanisms that improve cross-functional alignment, accountability, and decision-making throughout the campaign lifecycle. Partner with leaders across Brand, Originals Marketing, Creative, Social, Growth, Media, Research, PR, and other functions to drive integrated planning and ensure campaigns are executed against shared objectives. Develop and maintain a portfolio-level view of marketing investments by leading marketing spend governance, investment visibility, portfolio reporting, and financial stewardship. Partner with Finance to strengthen budget planning, forecasting, reporting standards, and resource optimization while ensuring marketing leaders have the insights needed to make informed investment decisions. Define the vision for marketing infrastructure, including planning systems, workflow tools, data standards, taxonomy, reporting requirements, and governance models that enable connected planning, portfolio visibility, and organizational decision-making. Oversee traffic and workflow coordination across the marketing organization - from creative-to-media handoffs through partner and platform deliveries - ensuring campaign assets move efficiently through routing, review, and approval cycles, and defining the traffic workflows and systems that support consistent, scalable delivery across marketing teams. Partner with Technology, Security, and business partners to ensure marketing systems and workflows support business needs while maintaining appropriate governance, access controls, and operational standards. Champion a connected marketing ecosystem by promoting workflow consistency, clean data practices, asset governance, transparency, and collaboration across teams. Drive continuous improvement across campaign planning, portfolio management, governance, and marketing infrastructure, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, strengthen organizational capabilities, and enable the marketing organization to scale effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of experience leading campaign management, portfolio management, marketing planning, organizational transformation, or related functions within media, entertainment, streaming, or consumer-focused organizations. Deep understanding of integrated marketing campaign planning across brand, creative, social, media, communications, research, partnerships, and distribution functions. Proven experience designing and implementing planning frameworks, governance models, operating structures, and organizational processes within complex marketing organizations. Experience leading portfolio planning, resource allocation discussions, capacity planning, and investment governance across multiple initiatives or business lines. Strong financial acumen with experience leading marketing investment planning, budget governance, portfolio reporting, forecasting, and executive decision support. Experience evaluating, implementing, or evolving marketing technologies, workflow platforms, or enterprise planning systems that improve organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. Experience defining business requirements and leading the evolution of workflow systems, planning tools, or organizational infrastructure within complex organizations. Strong understanding of how data, workflows, and technology enable integrated campaign planning, portfolio visibility, and organizational decision-making. Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. Experience leading organizational change, transformation initiatives, and operational maturity efforts at scale. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance long-term organizational strategy with near-term business priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
