Job summary

Learfield IMG College is seeking a Vice President of Business Development in Dallas to own new revenue growth across EDGE Max and EDGE College Sports Connect. The role targets senior brand and agency relationships, developing a scalable revenue engine with the local properties teams.

The candidate will build a high-performing sales organization, accelerate channel partnerships, and drive strategic partnerships across programmatic video, display, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in media, advertising, ad technology, or related revenue leadership.
• Proven success selling to brands, advertising agencies, and senior marketing executives.
• Experience winning AOR, retained, and other strategic media relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own new business revenue generation across EDGE products from pipeline development to contract execution.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting priority brands and agencies.
• Lead high-value and complex sales opportunities with CMOs and senior marketing executives.
• Position EDGE as a full-service media partner and win long-term client relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing revenue team with hiring, quotas, and coaching.
• Establish disciplined pipeline management and forecasting practices.
• Collaborate with Activation, Strategy, and other teams to ensure delivery and expansion.
