Job summary

Chase is seeking a Data Owner Vice President within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Business Banking Insurance team to oversee data across Insurance, Deposits, and Lending. You will define data requirements, strengthen metadata, and drive data quality, discovery, and remediation across operations, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.

You will partner with Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Data Management to deliver trusted, reusable data that supports growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-related field with leadership experience.
• Strong data governance, quality, and metadata expertise.
• Experience with data lifecycle, protection, retention, and disposition.
• Ability to define data requirements and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern critical Business Banking data across Insurance, Deposits, and Lending.
• Define metadata, meaning, lineage, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define data needs.
• Manage data risks across the lifecycle including protection and retention.
• Drive remediation of data issues with cross-functional teams.
• Track milestones and KPIs to ensure data outcomes delivery.
• Lead data governance and quality initiatives across teams.
