You will align with Consumer Banking and corporate objectives to deliver a differentiated client experience and measurable relationship outcomes. The role translates business priorities into an event portfolio, collaborates with partners across the firm, and ensures programs stay on time and within budget while maintaining risk

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, integrated communications, experiential marketing, client engagement, event programming or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate broad business objectives into executable plans and deliver complex initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and influence across senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment, writing, presentation and facilitation skills for varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategy: establish the program vision, roadmap, audiences, themes and success measures.
• Build the event portfolio with at least six annual programs balancing national and local relevance.
• Lead end-to-end execution with venues, formats, speakers, budgets and risk reviews.
• Develop scalable invitation systems working with technology and partners.
• Secure partner support across the branch network and internal teams.
• Engage markets and branches with tools and cadences for local delivery.
• Develop content and brief leaders with talking points and materials.
• Drive governance, milestones and reporting across events and stakeholders.
• Measure success by registrations, attendance, satisfaction and relationship outcomes.
