Job summary

INOVIO is seeking a Vice President, Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy across all clinical development programs. The role combines hands-on statistical execution with oversight of CROs and external partners to ensure regulatory-ready analyses and clear data interpretation.

You will establish Biostatistics as a core function, define SAPs, analyses, and reports, and mentor teams while partnering with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and QA to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics or biostatistics required.
• 15+ years' biometrics experience across clinical development.
• Experience leading regulatory submissions and global health authority interactions.
• Proficiency in SAS and statistical programming for complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Biostatistics strategy across development programs.
• Serve as principal statistical expert for methodologies, analyses, and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on statistical leadership for trial design, analysis, and interpretation across phases.
• Oversee SAPs, analysis specs, tables, listings and figures, and regulatory submissions.
