Job summary

INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Biostatistics to lead the statistical strategy across our clinical development programs. The role combines hands-on statistical work with leadership of CROs, consultants, and external partners to ensure regulatory-ready analyses.

The candidate will work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and Medical Affairs to drive rigorous, reproducible results that inform development and regulatory decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics or biostatistics (master’s or higher).
• 15+ years in biometrics with 10+ in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading statistical strategy for regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Biostatistics strategy across all development programs.
• Lead statistical methodologies, analyses, and regulatory deliverables.
• Provide hands-on statistical leadership for trials across all phases.
• Oversee SAPs, TAs, and regulatory submission documents.
