Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking a VP Biometrics to lead Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data Science across our portfolio. You will own the statistical strategy, design, and evidence generation to support regulatory submissions and program value.

This role requires building capabilities as the pipeline scales, while staying closely connected to the science to challenge assumptions and solve complex development questions.

Qualifications

PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics with 12+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
Significant leadership in Biostatistics/Biometrics across multiple development programs
Experience shaping clinical development strategy and regulatory interactions

Responsibilities

Set and own Biometrics strategy across the portfolio for development, regulatory, and program value.
Shape clinical development from early stage through registration with statistical judgement on design and estimands.
Lead statistical strategy for development and engage with health authorities.
Grow Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data Science capabilities as portfolio expands.
Embed processes for study start-up through analysis and submission-ready deliverables.
