Job summary

AbCellera is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Biometrics to lead biostatistics, programming & analysis, and data management across the full drug development portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will build a world-class biometrics function, balancing execution with mentorship of internal teams and CROs.

You will shape data strategy, trial design, analyses, reporting, and regulatory interactions from Phase 1 to Phase 4, ensuring adherence to GCP and CDISC standards while

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership in biotech/pharma with 12+ years in biostatistics, programming and data management.
• Extensive experience with regulatory submissions (NDAs/BLAs) and end-of-phase interactions.
• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline; strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, and CDISC.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead biometrics across the full portfolio from IND through launch and post‑approval.
• Oversee biostatistics, programming/analysis and clinical data management; balance hands-on work with leadership oversight.
• Guide regulatory interactions and contribute to regulatory documents, study reports, and safety updates.
