Method Communications is seeking a Vice President to lead and execute across a diverse portfolio of client accounts in a hybrid San Francisco setting. The role emphasizes senior client leadership, team mentoring, and growth of the agency’s practice areas.

You’ll advise clients, manage junior staff, and help grow Method’s business with strategic, media-driven programs. The position requires 8–10 years in public relations or related fields, a deep journalist network, and proven editing/writing

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing and/or related fields

Responsibilities

• Provide input on agency decision-making issues including new business, client service and performance management
• Lead and mentor a high-performance team with People Ops; deliver clear feedback and guidance
• Act as a mentor for designated reports; ensure quarterly 360 reviews and career development goals
• Oversee development of client goals and guide teams to execute against strategy
• Lead new business pitches; expand scope of work with clients
• Review budgets and financial trends to support senior leadership decisions
