Job summary

Method Communications is seeking a senior leader with 8–10 years in public relations and integrated marketing to guide agency and client programs. You will oversee strategy, development of goals, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality work and impactful media relations across diverse technology clients.

The role combines client leadership with internal talent development, within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in public relations or related fields.
• Experience building integrated communications programs.
• Ability to grow a practice area or account.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Extensive network of journalists, analysts and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on decision-making issues affecting the agency – new business, best practices, client service, and performance management.
• Lead high-performance team with People Ops to attract, recruit and retain top talent; deliver clear feedback.
• Mentor designated direct reports; conduct quarterly 360 reviews and career development goals.
• Maintain active presence to ensure effective internal communications and alignment with business strategy.
• Lead client programs and media relations aligned with clients’ objectives.
