Job summary

Lydian Energy seeks a senior leader to maximize the performance and value of its renewable asset portfolio as Vice President, Asset Management. You will guide O&M, revenue optimization, and reporting to lenders and investors.

You will partner with development, finance, and legal teams to drive life-cycle planning, asset performance, and risk management across solar and storage assets in North America.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in renewable energy operations or asset management.
• 5+ years in a senior asset management role overseeing portfolios >500 MW.
• Proven track record with third-party O&M providers and financial reporting.
• Experience with project finance structures, lender reporting, and tax equity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide production, availability, and performance metrics against baselines.
• Manage third-party O&M relationships, including performance accountability and contract compliance.
• Lead annual O&M budget development and cost control initiatives across the portfolio.
• Oversee PPA contract compliance and revenue metering, billing, and settlement processes.
• Coordinate with development and finance on merchant revenue management and hedging strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to lenders, investors, and offtakers.
