Spring11, an affiliate of Newmark, seeks a Vice President to manage a diverse portfolio of transitional commercial loan assets, including ground-up construction, across major markets. The role requires asset management support and loan underwriting expertise.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of CRE experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ARGUS experience is preferred, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of CRE experience including investment management, asset management, property management, loan origination or underwriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial and quantitative acumen for senior management recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CRE analysis and debt underwriting across markets and property types.
• Monitor performance relative to underwriting, budget, and loan covenants.
• Coordinate with servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants.
• Review and approve draw requests for renovations and ground-up construction projects.
• Monitor performance of transitional/value-add properties including lease analysis and loan covenant testing.
• Complete quarterly asset updates for various assets.
• Update credit committee memos for loan modifications.
• Collaborate to achieve department and firm objectives.
• Mentor junior staff to support the Asset Management platform.
