Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. in Tucker, GA, is seeking a Vice President to join Spring11 and oversee a diverse portfolio of transitional commercial loan assets, including ground-up construction.

The ideal candidate will provide asset management support and qualitative and quantitative loan underwriting, drawing on a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of CRE experience. The role requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial real estate experience including investment/asset management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting across markets and property types.
• Monitor performance relative to underwriting, budget, and covenants.
• Coordinate with servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants.
• Review draw requests for renovations and ground-up projects of varying sizes.
• Monitor performance of value-add assets; complete quarterly asset updates.
• Prepare credit committee memos for loan modifications.
• Mentor junior staff and support the Asset Management platform.
