Citizens Bank is seeking a VP-level professional to join the Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) team within Structured Products in the Capital Markets & Advisory division, based in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on non-mortgage securitization origination and execution for Term ABS and ABSL transactions.

You will work with senior ABS members, prepare underwriting memos, model cash flows, review legal docs, and coordinate with clients, lawyers and desks to deliver results.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of Term ABS and ABS L experience at a commercial or investment bank.
• Advanced analytical, structuring, underwriting, credit, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Term ABS market and related assets with ability to coordinate client/market coverage.

Aufgaben

• Originate and lead the execution of non-mortgage asset-backed securitization transactions.
• Prepare credit underwriting memos and coordinate legal review for ABSL deals.
• Analyze market pricing and trends for Term ABS transactions.
• Support deal execution and client coverage in coordination with fixed income desks.
• Develop pitch materials and provide structuring and execution advice for Term ABS and ABSL.
• Mentor and develop associates and analysts.
