Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP Architecture - Data Management to join a leader in the Business Services space. The role shapes data management architecture and guides delivery of strategic solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.

The position partners with clients and cross-functional teams to strengthen data capabilities, support revenue growth, and advance consulting engagements in a fast-moving environment. Remote work for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise data management experience.
• 10+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• 7+ years leading global teams.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of API constructs and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships to support revenue goals.
• Lead solution design aligned with client strategies.
• Evaluate and implement data management tools and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and improve performance.
