Job summary

OHSU's Knight Cancer Institute seeks a Clinical Financial Operations leader to oversee finance processes for a $1B+ revenue scope and to partner with clinical, operational, and physician leaders across the enterprise.

The role leads budgeting, labor benchmarks, capital planning, and performance reviews, directs a finance team, and drives process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and collaboration with OHSU and KCI leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with a current Oregon CPA license.
• Six or more years in healthcare financial and operational leadership roles.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leads the CFO's leadership presence and represents finance at clinical operations forums.
• Oversees budgeting, labor benchmarks, capital planning, and performance reviews.
• Drives finance analytics, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships.
