Job summary

Village Capital is hiring a Vice President to lead its Americas and Europe portfolio in a senior, externally visible role. You will drive investment strategy, fundraising, and partner relationships while overseeing distributed teams delivering entrepreneur support and investment initiatives across regions.

You will steer strategy, manage funder communications, and build cross-functional collaborations to mobilize capital for diverse regional entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of investment experience in banking, entrepreneurship, impact investing, or international development.
• Proven track record in fundraising and investor relationships.
• Experience building and running multi-stakeholder lines of business.
• Experience managing distributed teams across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated strategy across the region and align investment with entrepreneur support.
• Lead fundraising, donor reporting, and partner engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of entrepreneur support programs and investments.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance across regions and teams.
• Coordinate ecosystem engagement, thought leadership, and investor communications.
• Represent Village Capital with funders, investors, and partners externally.
