JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to lead a dedicated team in our Alternative Fund Services division in Boston. You will ensure client deadlines, review fund allocations, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities include NAV reporting, fee calculations, and partnering with clients to resolve complex issues. Candidates should have 10+ years in fund accounting, including hedge/PE environments, and a Bachelor's in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including hedge/PE fund accounting
• Thorough knowledge of hedge/PE fund environments and allocations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance preferred
• Innovative and analytical with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strategic thinker with track record of delivering results
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage demanding clients

Responsibilities

• Manage a Fund Accounting team and ensure client deadlines are met and work is aligned with internal controls
• Prepare/Review fund, share class, and investor allocations including management and performance fees/carry
• Prepare/Review Net Asset Value Files & Daily Profit & Loss
• Interpret fund agreements to determine impact on fund set-ups and reporting requirements
• Maintain knowledge of client base and industry standards to serve clients effectively
• Serve as senior client escalation; proactively communicate resolutions to clients
• Assist with/lead training, manage team capacity, budgets and cross-training
• Lead and work on special projects, onboarding and internal investment initiatives
• Streamline operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
