Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Vice President, Application Manager to govern Aladdin for 200+ users, ensuring operational excellence and driving adoption and growth across the platform.

You will coordinate with business and technology partners to deliver outcomes aligned with IM’s objectives, acting as a key coordinator across internal teams and SS affiliates to ensure process excellence and scalable product integrations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in financial services technology.
• Experience supporting BlackRock’s Aladdin platform.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back investment lifecycle incl. portfolio management, trading, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks, SLA oversight, and resiliency practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence ensuring a smooth, timely start of day.
• Provide support to Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Risk, and Oversight teams; prioritize and resolve issues with urgency.
• Support onboarding of new products and integrations to enable additional workflows.
• Ensure risk excellence, including regulatory compliance, third-party monitoring, risk assessments, and DR/failover testing.
