Job summary

Lionsgate is seeking a high-agency, hands-on AI product builder to create and ship internal products across the business. You will own strategic priorities end-to-end, bringing startup discipline to an established media company in Santa Monica.

The role emphasizes translating ambiguity into working software with quick user cycles, earning stakeholder trust, and driving adoption and measurable business value within a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping software products, including startup/early-stage environments.
• Proven ability to take multiple products from ambiguous need through production launch, user adoption, and iteration.
• Strong product judgment balancing speed, user value, technical quality, and risk.
• Meaningful experience in media, entertainment, or closely related content business.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and sustain change within a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled internal products from discovery through deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Design, code, integrate, and deploy functional products using AI models, APIs, and cloud services.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and ship useful increments in short cycles.
• Clarify tradeoffs, surface blockers, and help cross-functional teams reach timely decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, and other teams to meet enterprise requirements.
• Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
• Collaborate with media and corporate stakeholders, manage feedback, test launches, and adoption.
• Create lightweight, durable documentation and reusable patterns for ongoing reliability.
