Job summary

Smartsheet Inc. seeks a visionary leader for VP, User Experience and Design Innovation. You will guide a multi-disciplinary org spanning product design, research, design systems, content, globalization, and AI-driven delivery.

You’ll shape strategy, mentor senior leaders, and lead AI-forward initiatives across design and research to elevate user experiences across Smartsheet's platform. You will report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and may work remotely from anywhere in the US

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cross-functional leadership roles across UX, design, research or content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve a bold, user-centered vision for design and UX across Smartsheet's product portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and scale a senior, multi-disciplinary design and UX organization.
• Define and drive AI-forward design strategy and adoption across all product lines.
