Job summary

State Street seeks a senior leader to drive cross-functional readiness and delivery for strategic AI initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, and Operations to ensure AI capabilities are planned, delivered, deployed, and adopted successfully.

You will orchestrate governance, risk management, and executive communications while aligning delivery across PDLC and SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelors level or higher with strong leadership experience in product/delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise software or financial services.
• Ability to drive execution across matrixed organizations and stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and executive communications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, and Confluence; software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise compliance across SDLC releases and deployment governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional readiness and delivery for AI initiatives from planning to production deployment.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, Operations to ensure adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage release planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness across products and platforms.
• Establish AI program governance with status reporting, risk tracking, and executive updates.
• Lead capacity planning, release planning, and prioritization to support AI objectives.
• Ensure readiness activities are integrated into PDLC and SDLC.
• Coordinate scoping, execution planning, testing readiness, and post-launch support.
• Work with Release Management and Operations on deployment readiness and compliance.
• Drive Jira adoption, dependency tracking, milestone management, and transparency across teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional sessions.
• Build program dashboards and executive-level status communications.
