Job summary

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure AI capabilities are planned, delivered, deployed, and adopted successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness and delivery coordination for AI initiatives from planning through production deployment.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness across products and platforms.
• Establish AI program governance with status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation.
• Drive capacity planning, release planning, and prioritization for AI objectives.
• Ensure readiness activities are integrated into PDLC/SDLC and compliant with governance requirements.
• Manage Jira adoption, dependency tracking, milestone management, and transparent execution across teams.
• Oversee governance meetings, dashboards, and executive status communications.
