Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Technical depth in AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, data/platform architecture.
• Experience in engineering, production services, service management, or technology program/delivery leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management in controlled tech environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, incident/problem/change management and performance reporting.
• Strong governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions for infrastructure teams.
• Proven track record driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through adoption.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-complexity, reusable AI capabilities and AI transformation to drive efficiencies with SMEs.
• Manage AI demand intake and prioritize work against business, resiliency, and control needs.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, production services, architecture and stakeholders to support AI use cases.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs/KRIs, and portfolio status; provide reporting and escalation.
• Support governance processes to ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise standards and risk expectations.
• Drive adoption and change management for delivered AI capabilities, including communications and enablement.
• Measure and report business/operational impact and maintain visibility of outcomes versus plan.
• Provide production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs.
• Implement Run-the-Bank and new AI projects (Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain, and EaaS).
