Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to define and own the end-to-end product vision for AI Governance, drive platform-scale thinking, and lead a high-performing product organization. This leadership role will partner with the executive team to accelerate growth and create differentiated product deliverables for a fast-moving market.

You will lead customer listening programs and act as a credible external voice for OneTrust with customers, analysts and partners, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
16+ years in enterprise software product management with senior leadership.
Proven track record scaling products to multi-hundred million in revenue.
Broad AI Governance knowledge connecting domain depth to platform strategy.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong commercial instincts and experience shaping product strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end product vision, strategy and execution for OneTrust's AI Governance solution.
Drive platform thinking and scale AI Governance within the OneTrust platform and partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with SVP of AI Strategy, platform and engineering leaders and the executive team.
Lead customer listening mechanisms and external representation of OneTrust in AI Governance.
