Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a seasoned web/product designer to craft engaging experiences across its CMS-driven web ecosystem. You will create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and prepare specs for async engineering teams, ensuring design integrity from handoff to implementation.

Candidate should bring 5+ years of design experience, strong skills in visual/interaction design, prototyping with Figma, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web or product design experience, ideally in CMS-driven, component-based environments.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills with Figma; basic HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and experience leveraging AI tools in daily design workflows.

• Contribute to the web design system, raising craft and system maturity.

What You'll Do:
