Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI/ML Lead Engineer (Vice President) to lead hands-on development of high-impact AI solutions for Private Bank clients.

You will drive end-to-end design, build scalable data pipelines, deploy inference services, and productionize ML/LLM models on AWS or Azure in a global team. The role requires strong Python skills, 7+ years of development with 4+ years in AI, and leadership with excellent communication to partners and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MS in CS/Stats/Math/ML or related field.
• 7+ years of development experience; at least 4 years on AI solutions.
• Experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) to solve business problems.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions with modern architecture, scalability and security.
• Knowledge of data management including data model design and real-time processing on SQL and NoSQL.
• Leadership experience including AI/ML idea generation and GenAI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, Business and Product Partners, and dispersed teams to drive alignment and deliver impactful solutions.
• Hands-on architecture and implementation of lighthouse ML and LLM-powered solutions.
• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines and deploy model inference services.
• Experiment, develop, and productionize ML models, services, and platforms for business impact.
• Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
