Job summary

Genesys seeks a VP of Product Marketing to turn AI-powered customer experiences into a compelling market narrative. You will lead product marketing, executive messaging, and customer growth, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to translate complex technology into business value.

You will shape market strategy, drive launches, and refine keynote content, engaging customers, analysts, and the press while embedding AI into team execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing leadership across multiple products or an enterprise platform.
• Proven track record leading global teams with accountability for results.
• Strong ability to develop differentiated products and platform messaging for customers, execs, and analysts.
• Fluent grasp of product/enterprise software, cloud, AI, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Experience leading major product launches and GTM efforts for enterprise adoption and growth.
• Practical experience applying AI to workflows and understanding AI's role in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Shape product marketing across Genesys, aligning Agentic Orchestration for CX to business outcomes.
• Lead executive messaging, keynote development, and customer growth marketing initiatives.
• Manage product launches and GTM plans, translating capabilities into clear business value.
• Develop stories behind our vision through narratives, product keynotes, and flagship events.
• Inspire and lead a global team grounded in customer value and AI integration.
