Genesys seeks a Director of AI Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market for the AI CX portfolio. You’ll translate product and engineering work into compelling narratives, arm sales with proof points, and elevate Genesys as a trusted AI thought leader across buyers, analysts, and partners.

You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, blending deep AI fluency with market insight to drive pipeline, adoption and differentiation in a fast-moving enterprise software market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including enterprise software leadership.
• Proven track record owning positioning, messaging, launches and GTM for complex tech.
• Deep AI fluency to translate tech into market value and proof points.
• Exceptional product marketing craft with differentiated positioning.
• Strong commercial orientation linking strategy to pipeline and adoption.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and others.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling from technical depth to executive clarity.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Own AI narrative and positioning, defining story and differentiation for CX AI offerings.
• Translate technical innovation into customer value and convincing narratives.
• Own competitive AI narrative in CX and establish market separation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to launch differentiated AI capabilities.
• Establish an always-on AI GTM motion to build pipeline and adoption.
• Build strong relationships with executives to align priorities and strategy.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Turn customer outcomes into market proof with compelling AI success stories.
• Represent Genesys as an AI thought leader with customers, analysts and partners.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing AI product marketing team.
• Measure impact via market feedback, seller input and performance data.
