Job summary

Alaffia Health, a fast-growing healthtech startup, is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Clinical Claims Solutions to lead strategy, growth, and delivery across our clinical PI offerings for health plan clients.

You will manage a team of implementation and client-facing specialists, foster executive relationships, and partner with product, engineering, and sales to shape our AI-powered platform and drive measurable savings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare payment integrity with senior leadership.
• Experience leading client-facing or operational teams in health plans or PI vendors.
• Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite.
• Proven track record of delivering material savings.
• Strong communication and storytelling for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market and delivery strategy for PI offerings.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with health plan clients.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale Directors and implementation specialists.
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.
• Influence product roadmap based on client feedback.
• Establish scalable implementation and client-support processes.
