Job summary

Alaffia Health is seeking an Implementation Lead to own end-to-end delivery for new Payment Integrity clients, from solution handoff through configuration, data integration, and go-live. You will engage with client technical and clinical stakeholders and help establish scalable implementation methodologies as the company grows.

The role requires deep expertise in claims data, DRG/CPT/HCPCS, and interoperability with SaaS platforms for health plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, payment integrity, or claims auditing.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation lifecycle from handoff to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
