Alpha reimagines the school day by delivering AI-driven, scalable expansion of campuses across America. You will own the full lifecycle from site selection to opening, building repeatable, faster processes that cut timelines and costs while reducing risk.

You will lead vendor selections, manage blockers, and drive on-time openings across multiple sites. This is a high-ownership role requiring travel up to 60% to active sites, navigating zoning, permitting, and construction challenges with

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a real estate development or construction project from site selection through opening with full ownership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent capital projects with timelines, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Strong fluency in zoning, permitting, construction and vendor coordination with GCs, architects and regulators.
• Demonstrated ability to trade off cost, timeline and feasibility with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Experience breaking complex workflows into structured, repeatable systems and using AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end expansion of new school locations delivering fully operational campuses on predictable timelines.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations with focus on speed, quality, and cost control.
• Validate site viability, permitting, and construction blockers; drive decisions and timelines.
• Decompose expansion work into defined units and build AI-driven systems to compress timelines.
• Travel up to 60% to active school sites and be on-site during critical phases.
