You will lead the full credit lifecycle for construction and permanent loans supporting affordable multifamily developments, structuring and presenting transactions, driving closings, and managing a portfolio through construction, lease‑up, stabilization, and repayment. This role partners with developers, syndicators, public agencies, and internal teams to deliver

• Underwriting expertise in LIHTC and subsidy structures.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end risk analysis of affordable housing transactions.
• Prepare, present, and defend credit packages to senior management and committees.
• Evaluate third‑party due diligence and incorporate findings into decisions.
• Coordinate closings and manage a loan portfolio through construction and lease‑up.
• Monitor credit risk and implement action plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Portfolio Management, Risk, and external partners.
• Maintain documentation and data integrity across systems.
