Remote applicants may potentially be considered for this role. Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Position Type: Full‑time, Exempt. 15-40% Travel May Be Required
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year + annual performance based bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. This role builds strong partnerships with financial professionals, translates business opportunities into actionable goals, and drives deep engagement between Osaic resource teams and the field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
