Role Type: Full-time, Exempt. 15-40% Travel May Be Required. Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Empowered Independence team. The VP, Advisor Engagement will drive strategy and execution within the field of financial professionals they serve, aiming to drive retention, engagement, growth, and overall satisfaction. This role builds strong partnerships with financial professionals, translates business opportunities into actionable goals, and drives deep engagement between Osaic resource teams and the field. This role will report directly to the SVP of Advisor Engagement for Empowered Independence.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
