Full‑time, Exempt. 15–40% Travel May Be Required
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year + annual bonus (actual compensation will be determined individually based on location, skills, experience, and education).

The VP, Advisor Engagement will drive strategy and execution within the field of financial professionals they serve, aiming to drive retention, engagement, growth, and overall satisfaction. This role builds strong partnerships with financial professionals, translates business opportunities into actionable goals, and drives deep engagement between Osaic resource teams and the field. This role will report directly to the SVP of Advisor Engagement for Enterprises.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
