Job summary

JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia seeks a visionary Vice President of Advancement to lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and partnerships across the region. You will oversee corporate sponsorships, major gifts, digital campaigns, and events, while mentoring a high-performing team to advance the organization’s mission.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in nonprofit fundraising, CFRE preferred, and a proven track record in moves management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
• 7–10 years nonprofit fundraising and advancement experience.
• Proven success in major gifts, events, and corporate sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising initiatives and revenue goals in partnership with senior leadership.
• Cultivate and steward corporate sponsors and individual donors; lead moves management.
• Secure sponsorships for agency-wide events and initiatives; build partnerships.
• Expand digital fundraising and donor engagement strategies; analyze performance data.
• Lead CRM integration, reporting, and advancement operations; mentor staff.
