Job summary

Lumeris Inc. seeks a VP, Medicare Advantage Chief Actuary to guide the actuarial function for MA pricing, valuation, and risk adjustment.

You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee CMS Part C/Part D bid submissions, and drive pricing strategy to sustain financial performance and high Star Ratings. Qualifications include a strong actuarial background (FSA/MAAA), 7–10 years in MA, and a proven track record in bid development, reserving, and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field.
• Advanced actuarial credentials (FSA/MAAA) preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in Medicare Advantage pricing and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial strategy for MA pricing, reserving, and valuation.
• Oversee CMS bid strategy, HPMS submissions, and compliance.
• Direct risk adjustment, product design, and financial planning.
• Mentor and develop a cross-functional actuarial team.
• Provide executive dashboards and performance analytics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)

MAAA member in good standing
