Devoted Health is seeking an experienced Pricing Actuary to direct the MA bidding process, model development, and compliance with CMS guidelines. The role requires collaboration with product, clinical, finance, and leadership teams to deliver accurate, timely bids.

You will lead assumptions, pricing strategy, and risk analysis for Part C and Part D, ensuring precision, governance, and scalable processes across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of healthcare actuarial experience with a focus on Medicare Advantage bid pricing and CMS bid submission.
• Demonstrated track record delivering timely, compliant MA bids under deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with product, clinical, finance, and leadership teams.

• Lead end-to-end development, modeling, and submission of annual MA bids (Part C & D) per CMS guidelines.
• Partner with product, clinical, and market leaders to price benefits and assess trade-offs.
• Develop and document bid assumptions including utilization, costs, risk adjustment, and margins.
• Build scalable bid pricing models with governance and repeatable execution across markets.
• Perform scenario analyses to quantify CMS policy impacts and market dynamics.
• Translate CMS call letters and bid instructions into actionable model updates.
• Present bid strategy and financial outlook to executives and regulators.
