Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product operations or program management in hardware manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales.
• Experience tracking production metrics and fulfillment timelines.
• Ability to synthesize signals from multiple functions into a leadership-ready picture.
• Successful in influence-based roles through relationships rather than org charts.
• Eligible for active U.S. security clearance and willing to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Translate field feedback and customer intelligence into actionable product insights.
• Establish regular channels to gather input from internal hardware recipients.
• Drive alignment on product priorities, roadmaps, and new features.
• Own internal and external communications regarding Voyager product updates.
• Develop processes to capture customer insights, competitive gaps, and deployment challenges.
• Coordinate with Growth team to ensure external data informs product decisions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing to align product decisions with operations.
• Support broader operational goals across demand planning and hardware integration.
