Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Manager to connect Voyager products with Growth and internal stakeholders. You will translate customer feedback into actionable insights, drive prioritization, and represent voice of internal and external customers in product reviews.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product operations, program management, supply chain coordination, or a similar cross-functional role within a hardware manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions simultaneously
• Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines
• Ability to take fragmented signals from multiple functions and assemble them into a clear picture for leadership
• Prior experience succeeding in influence-based roles driving outcomes through persistence and relationships rather than org chart leverage
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
• Willing to travel as necessary (~10%)

Responsibilities

• Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, internal demand signals, and operational pain points into actionable product insights
• Establish regular channels to gather input from internal hardware recipients and relay it to Voyager product leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment on product priorities, including roadmap visibility, EOL planning, and new features
• Attend and contribute to Voyager product reviews and planning sessions, ensuring every voice is considered
• Act as the primary liaison between the Growth team and the Voyager product line
• Develop and implement predictable processes to capture key customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges
• Ensure Growth team is informed of upcoming Voyager product decisions for proactive customer communications
• Own and manage Anduril-internal communications regarding Voyager product updates, changes, and decisions
• Maintain and evolve the Voyager channel as the source of truth for product announcements, updates, and strategic insights
• Produce periodic updates detailing product changes for relevant teams
• Strengthen relationships between Voyager teams, US-based teams, and external partners
• Collaborate with Product Operations to raise challenges related to quality and with Supply Chain on delivery timelines
• Contribute to operational alignment across demand planning and manufacturing
