About The Organization
(AACFPA) is the first-ever statewide nonpartisan civic engagement organization advocating for Asian Pacific Islanders in PA. Built by Asian American community leaders with a collective 50 years of experience, we build political power and win justice for our communities.
This position is shared with our sibling entity, the Asian Pacific Islander Political Alliance (API PA), a separate 501(c)4, and the employee may also report to and serve this organization on occasion.
Position Overview
The Voter Registration Manager reports to the Community Fund’s Voter Registration Director and is responsible for implementing voter registration strategies, building relationships, and coordinating efforts across organizations to meet registration goals. This role involves working with staff and leaders to ensure effective voter registration activities.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This is a remote position with travel within PA for events. Must be able to work on a computer, attend meetings, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Employment Terms
This is a full-time, exempt role at 40 hours/week, with an estimated salary of $55,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
