Voodoo Doughnut is seeking a General Manager for our Bellevue location. Lead store operations, mentor staff, and drive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory control, and a commitment to brand standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in restaurant management or bakery production, proven ability to recruit and train teams, and a flexible schedule to cover weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of your shop, provide mentorship and guidance for all team members.

• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a team of doughnut makers and service staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Foster a positive work environment, providing coaching and feedback to team members.

As the ideal candidate, you're an experienced General Manager with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, creating and executing successful marketing plans, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in restaurant management or bakery production. You should have experience with ordering and inventory systems and understand how to help run a guest-focused business. Additionally, you should have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and be able to handle physical requirements such as lifting heavy objects and working with cleaning chemicals.
