Crest Auto Group in Frisco, TX is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to join our high-end automotive team. You will build relationships with customers, guide them through vehicle selections, and demonstrate features with expert knowledge of products and technology.

You will follow up to secure referrals and repeat business, overcome objections, and maintain a professional, positive attitude in a fast-paced luxury environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is required or highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented with a professional presence.
• Team-player mindset and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
