Job summary

Beyer Volvo Cars of Dulles is seeking qualified automotive technicians to service and repair customer and inventory vehicles in a climate controlled shop. We offer highly competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus for experienced technicians, and unlimited growth potential.

Our top technicians earn over $100K, with company-paid Volvo factory training, retirement 401K with employee match up to 6%, affordable health and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and a team-focused work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 2 years of service technician or training.
• Ability to operate all automotive tools and equipment.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening.
• State Safety & Emissions Inspectors Licenses a PLUS but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team alongside our Service Consultants to service and repair customer and inventory vehicles.
• Attend manufacturer training as needed.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, system diagnostics, and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Maintains a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
• Continuously expands knowledge of new technologies and practices.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records.
